The apps are provided by Echo Reach (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate the systems that power your sign-in and calendar experience when you use the apps with your organization’s account.
This policy applies to the Echo Reach native mobile applications for iOS (distributed via the Apple App Store) and Android (distributed via Google Play), and to information processed when you use those apps to access our services over the Internet. Web or other Echo Reach products may be described in separate notices where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the data described in this policy for third-party behavioral advertising in the apps.
We may share information only in these situations:
Where applicable law requires a “legal basis,” we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you or your organization; legitimate interests in operating and securing our services (balanced against your rights); compliance with legal obligations; and, where required, your consent.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, security logs, tax, or accounting records). Retention periods may depend on your relationship with us or your organization and on technical backups.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you should protect your credentials and devices accordingly.
The apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction for consent without parental authorization). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of marketing to them. If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, contact us using the information below and we will take appropriate steps.
Our services may be operated from the United States or other countries. If you access the apps from outside those countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing or to portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise rights, request account or data deletion, or ask questions, contact us at privacy@echoreach.cloud. If your access is managed by an organization, that organization’s administrator may also be able to assist with account changes or removal. Apple and Google do not process your app account data on our behalf in connection with these requests.
The apps may display content loaded from our servers in an in-app browser view. Links that open an external browser or third-party site are subject to those parties’ own policies, not this one.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material and we are required to notify you, we will do so in an appropriate manner (for example, in-app notice, email to your organization, or as required by Apple or Google policies).
